At the heart of the estate, our organic vegetable garden cultivates much more than the land: it nurtures a sincere and committed cuisine. Seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs, fruit, edible flowers… each harvest brings freshness, colour and character to our dishes. As for our organic vines, they take advantage of the Mediterranean climate to give life to a delicate rosé wine, harvested by hand, reflecting a preserved terroir and a know-how that respects nature.
